Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is your mortgage control center, showing at-a-glance insights into loan progress, upcoming payments, and payoff milestones. All data updates in real-time when you add extra payments or make changes to your loan.
Key Dashboard Cards
Principal Progress Card
Shows how much of your loan you've paid off with a visual donut chart. Displays percentage paid (e.g., "45.6% PAID"), principal paid amount, remaining balance, and time saved through extra payments.
Monthly Payment Card
Breaks down the current month's payment into three color-coded segments:
Principal : Amount reducing your loan balance
Extra : Additional payment beyond required amount
Interest : Cost of borrowing
Each segment shows both the dollar amount and visual proportion.
Current Milestone Card
Displays progress toward your next achievement (1%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% paid). Shows milestone name, dollar amount remaining, and a progress bar. Tap to see all achievements on the Milestones tab.
Make Extra Payment Card
Quick action button to add extra payments to your current month. Tap to navigate to the Payment Schedule and open the extra payment form.

Personalized Greeting: Time-based greeting (morning/afternoon/evening) with your name
Milestone Card: Tap to view all 9 achievement levels
